How it works

1. Feel free to try the product — with one tube.
   We understand that you want to see the result first. Therefore, use one color to test.
   
2. Contact us within 30 days via the contact form or by emailing info@glamnailsprofessional.com and briefly explain what was not satisfactory (optionally with photos).
3. Our team will review with you what the best solution is - for example:

- Extra help or advice to use the product properly

- A replacement color or accessory;

- A (partial) refund or store credit. 

This way we ensure you always end your Glamnails experience with a smile. 

Important to know

- For hygienic reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned or resold. 

- You may test one tube to see if the product suits you — on return we only charge the value of that tube.

- Do you have a problem with a product (e.g. defective lamp or missing item)? Then we will of course immediately send a replacement or new product.
